Guidance to Lasting Peace and Embodied Wholeness

1. Spreading Non-Duality

Non-duality offers an understanding of Reality that diverges from the predominant idea in the world. It suggests that reality is an unlimited, indivisible, and all-inclusive continuum, in other words, the total absence of separation.

At first glance, this proposition may seem outlandish, absurd, or even completely abstract. Yet, it is entirely verifiable if we refer to our direct experience. This website offers ways to concretely live this truth.

There is Another Way

Not only is it verifiable as a concrete fact that can radically change our way of thinking and existing, but its implications in how we relate to others and the world are also transformed.

​

Far from being a mental abstraction, it is possible to live this truth within ourselves. To feel within ourselves the unity of all things and all individuals. This realization induces kindness, humility, and respect in our way of thinking and acting.

​

I say "induces" because this teaching does not seek to change anything but to put an end to the confusion and ignorance that give rise to fear and guilt, which are the sources of suffering.

Contributing to Collective Flourishing

After years of introspection and questioning, I have come to the conclusion that this understanding is an indispensable step for a loving existence towards ourselves, benevolent relationships towards others, and a world at peace.

It is indispensable because as long as we do not clearly see the absence of separation, fear and conflict become inevitable. As long as this belief is not questioned, all solutions to these fears and conflicts will remain imbued with the problem.

I do not claim that this message is a solution to human difficulties. But it is undeniably an invaluable aid for a better life. I do not have the power to change humanity, the world, or the universe. However, I have the ability to write these words. May they be useful to as many people as possible.

2. Offering Living Teaching

This message has been taught since the beginning of time. It adapts to the language of the messenger as well as to the culture and environment of the place where it emerges. Superficially, non-dual traditions may seem different or even contradictory. In essence, they are identical.

I propose here a teaching that corresponds to modern language as well as the current level of consciousness. I am convinced that it is no longer necessary to package the message in mystical language, initiations, or rituals. Listening to our experience with sensitivity, here and now, is a possibility available to all without any predisposition.

Direct

The texts and explorations offered here speak of your experience, your Reality here and now. Direct experience is the starting point and the culmination of all practice, exploration, and theory.

​

Non-dual teaching does not speak of a distant truth accessible after purification or long preparation. It speaks of your experience as it presents itself to you in the moment.

​

It is no longer about believing but about concretely and directly investigating experience in the moment. To discover the unity of all "things" within yourself by yourself.

​

Theory is only useful if you verify it for yourself and if you ascertain the truth of it for yourself. The unity of all "things" is a Reality that must be realized by you.

​

​

Functional

The mundane, the everyday, the routine of your human existence ARE the practice. There is no difference between sitting in meditation in an altered state of consciousness at the top of a mountain and experiencing anger while stuck in traffic on the way to work. Fundamentally, form and content are unimportant; it is what experience IS that matters.

The experience as it presents itself to you is what must be explored. Because it is the only one you have. It is through this that Reality must be rediscovered. Speaking about the nature of Reality is one thing. Living it is another.

The Truth belongs to no one. But it must be discovered by oneself.

Authentic

I propose a path towards the nature of what IS. How this revelation will impact and transform your life is a mystery to discover. My teaching does not promise a life without pain or difficulty.

​

We are fortunate that reality is benevolent and that it engenders experiences that we qualify as "positive" in our daily lives. In my case, as is the case for many of us, the more transparent we are in the face of this reality, the more our human existence reflects expansive and benevolent qualities. However, this does not exempt us from the human challenges that are specific to each individual. But also specific to the historical, political, and social period of our environment.
